Save the direct train service from Beckenham Junction/Kent House/Penge East/Sydenham Hill/West Dulwich to Blackfriars

I believe this train service is essential to many people who work in town, and indeed families on the school run. It’s an incredibly well used service

Much needed service post Covid!

Essential for Beckenham

The direct service is the only one which can guarantee that I will arrive at work on time. Having to change at Herne Hill to get to Blackfriars often means having to wait for 2 or 3 trains to go before being able to squeeze in. It’s not safe and certainly not worth the amount of money passengers pay to travel. This service needs to be reinstated for good and even enhanced.

As a key worker I need to use this service every day. The alternative Victoria then St Albans services are very busy and it is not possible to social distance.

This route is vital to me when we return to the office.
