I feel that yard decorations that bring life and interest to the neighborhood and community should be allowed. To expect every piece of decor to be approved before display, is removing the individuality of each homeowner. This display brings the neighborhood together. Enforcing this rule is dividing and suppressing the things that make the neighborhood great. Please allow this neighbor's display to continue taking its place in their own yard and bringing joy to other residents in the area rather than insist it be removed due to an arbitrary rule that limits the choices that residents can make with their own property.

How is this different than Garden Gnomes or other garden decorations? Don’t make these Dinosaurs extinct! We love the artwork The homeowners keep their yard well kept. We don’t need an overly zealous HOA here in Woodcreek..
