We must come together to solve the problems we have faced in May over the past years. With full storage it is inexcusable to allow water temps to reach 75 degrees. We must have a long term solution for a thermal bank to facilitate cold water releases during times where the FFMP minimums can not protect the system from unseasonable air temps.
