WIA store has had a massive POSITIVE impact on Darby street and things like this draw people there daily. I think the deck is an awesome space and should be allowed to stay.

Traffic and parking? Really NCC? You have stripped the city of all of its parking. Try harder. Stop crippling small business and start supporting it.
