Dear neighbors and friends,

I have to request a zoning variance for both my front and back deck.

-Before installing the new deck, there was no safe adequate access to my front and rear doors.

-I feel that I have only made a tasteful renovation that does not effect adjacent properties. If anything, I believe the changes add value to the neighborhood and help to portray the diversity and character of Colonial Town.

Your support would be greatly appreciated in my effort to appeal zoning restrictions. I love my home, and if I have to undo the accessory structures it will be devastating.
