Brilliant Idea with more houses being built we need more recreational facilities. Ad retain a certain amount of rural areas.

Leave it alone. There’s enough demolition and rebuild going on as it is. Sinfin is becoming more and more industrial. People seem to forget about the families and how all this industrialisation affects them. We are losing enough history and open space as it is
