My daughter,niece, daughter in law, great niece took the course all are employed . this is a valuable course as they always in need of dental assistant or hygienist keep this program going !!!

People educated in the North, stay in the North!!!!
nasty to stop this program half way in to it . I have a grandaughter who has saved to become a dental hygienist after being a assistant . Shame on you for not letting these kids finish what they have started .

We need to have folks trained in the north to fill northern needs. Please keep the CNC program.

I am very sad that this is happening. I am currently in grade 11 and was going to do the ctc dental program and have been planning on it since grade 8 and I have pushed myself to this opportunity and now it is all going to have to go to waste if this course closes. I am very sad and disappointed that this would happen

So why are you cancelling? I graduated from the dental Hygiene program in 2000. It's am awesome program.
this is a valuable program for the students who do not have the resourse to complete their education

As Prince George is the only location in Norther BC to offer the dental hygiene program ( and I believe the same can be said for the dental assisting program), I feel it is extremely important to maintain these programs. I would assume that DH and CDA programs would be more easily accessible to and therefore more likely attended by Northern BC residents than programs offered elsewhere. I also feel that those who live in the north and take their courses in the north are more likely to stay there where it can be more difficult to attract professionals from other areas. Sure hope CNC has put some research into these issues before they make their decision!

Programs such as this are criticial opportunities for providing care for those clients who might otherwise not seek dental/dental hygiene care. This is the only dental hygiene program outside of Vancouver and Vancovuer Island and it should stay.

The low cost service that Dental Hygiene Colleges provides to communities cannot be rplaced. Do not shut down these programs.
