Closing this program would be a step in the wrong direction. The CNC Dental Hygiene program not only educates people within our community it also serves our community. Not everyone has dental benefits or can afford to see a private practice. Especially with the recent removal of fluoride from our water this is needed more than ever. This programs allows everyone in our community the accessibility of this crucial care. We need to keep the importance of dental health in the North by keeping the CNC Dental Hygiene program alive.

CNC provides so many dental professionals to Northern BC. The effects of shutting it down would impact the dental community

This would be absolutely awful. I recommend this program to anyone wanting to go into the dental profession. I would be devastated to see this program go.
