northern bc will feel this cut, not only for the noted high quality graduates of these programs but those with low income that utlizize the clinic may comprimise overall health as they will not have the means to access private dental clinics.

We need to keep viable education options open for the people of Prince George and northern BC! I hope CNC's Executive gets the message that closing important, relevant training programs is a very bad idea!

I graduated from CNC as a Dental Assistant in 2009. What an amazing program!! The education level was above average (as I found out later once I got into the working world). The faculty are highly knowledgeable and trained to the highest standards. What a shame it would be to end the dental programs!! I can't believe they are even considering it. I have some of the best memories from there.

These programs serve to provide dental assisting and dental hygiene professionals in Northern BC. Suspending the dental studies programs at the College of New Caledonia would not only result in a shortage of these professionals in the North but it will also result in underserved populations being left with no options to access affordable oral health services.

We need more programs like cnc dental, not less. Alot families and people without dental coverage count on getting help from such program. Without out it they won't have a place to turn to in their times of need. Plus we want to have our skilled youth stay within Prince George.

This program is critically important for the north. A closure will almost certainly lead to a shortage of qualified dental hygienists and assistants throughout the North. If the program is losing money, find other ways to fix the problem instead of simply killing the program.

We need to keep our community a place of opportunity. This is a backwards step. The Dental Program is needed at CNC and should not be cut. We need to find a way to fund our education programs!!!!

A community college should focus on programs that provide a regional need, and the two CNC Dental programs not ony fill the great demand for CDA's and Hygenists in the central and northern reaches of BC, they also provide desperately needed dental care for seniors and other lower income groups as well as education for school age children in lowere

I feel that this is a very important program for the college as well as the community at large. It would be very sad to hear of this support and such a regular part of the program to be discontinued.
