We need to preserve as much of our history as possible! We need to stop developing what is left of the land in this town before there is nothing left!

The buildings on the National Register are a once-in-a-lifetime resource for the town. Once it is gone, a piece of history has gone with it. Also, changing a small zone for the sake of a larger gas station, constitutes "spot zoning" which provides an unfair advantage for a commercial enterprise.

I am a resident of this town and this seems very clearly against the town’s interests and the interests of all the neighbors and residents. This historic building should never be demolished.

Please do not tear down the historic buildings on mainstream to make a mega foodmart gas station. This would harm our small town and is unnecessary.

I grew up in East Hampton and knew the previous residents of this home

Towns that do not protect their history are always sorry in the end. And one thing that East Hampton absolutely does NOT need is another gas station.

Please keep our town small. We do not need a new large gas station.

How many gas stations are needed in a town. There is so much competition I can't believe anyone is making what a decent living.

This gas station will bring in more crime from the city, we have seen car thieves and home invasions go up 200% in the last year. Lock your doors and prepare to lose your town to the oncoming lawlessness!

Protect this house and other historic houses from destruction in this neighborhood from corporations trying to only profit and don't care about history and legacy. Save this house and future homes in the area, like my grandmother's house is.
