I grew up in Sarasota,County. It has always been one of the most beautiful and unique places in Fl. Please, don't lose what makes it such a wonderful place to live.

The Celery Fields is a paradise for birds and birders. It is also used by many hikers and joggers. Increasingly, it is becoming a tourist attraction. Birds can be very skittish, and may abandon an area if it becomes too noisy. Building the recycling plant would destroy one of the most attractive things about Sarasota County. The county would also lose revenue from tourists. This idea is very short sighted.

This proposed area is not set up for lots of added traffic. Let alone Truck Traffic. Bad idea.

This is invaluable for conservation, an endangered policy in SRQ.

This is the best sanctuary in miles. Do we have to give up everything for the sake of progress. When is nature going to be a priority peoples? When we come there we also eat in Sarasota. Sometimes we have to buy gas. There are hundreds more every week I am sure.

Please preserve this beautiful place. As a 2nd generation Sarasotan, it's very important to preserve natural beauty, not another man made monstrosity. Plenty of other places to build this - do your jobs and the right thing!

This is a beautiful area, one of the few left in Sarasota. Stop! Build it on Siesta or Longboat! Oh! NEVER
