Please keep the bird sanctuary at Celery Fields free from any industrial recycling plants built next to it. The
bird sanctuary is an incredible money maker for Sarasota as a tourist draw!!! It is famous around the country. Don't turn the area around it into an ugly industrial zone. Do not permit a 14-acre industrial recycling plant to be built next to the bird sanctuary at Celery Fields. Thank you.

Please keep this area beautiful! We need the nature that provides so much pleasure to the citizens of Sarasota. We don't need more noise and pollution to deteriorate one of our last natural and peaceful areas that is beloved by so many citizens and home to many animals.

I have been visiting that area even when it was a celery field. Save our resources. This fall we witnessed what was called a sight of a lifetime. Exotic birds by the hundreds. Take your industrial area to an area that is not such a treasure for those of who enjoy naturd and its' beauty.

The celery fields are great. I can't wait to come back to see them again this summer. What a wonderful space that area is. Don't let them ruin it. Move the plant they want to build more inland where it won't affect anything or anyone.

Celery Fields is such a lovely, peaceful spot where people can enjoy bird watching, hiking, and just being contemplative. It would be a shame to disrupt such an idyllic spot for nature lovers.

I cannot believe the county would even consider approving the zoning exception that would allow the destruction of this pristine area. I live in the area and walk to the Audubon celery fields daily. I can just begin to fathom the chaos that will accompany this proposed recycling facility. Please, find a more appropriate site for this recycling plant.

Why? It is deplorable to think you would even consider such a crime.

Building this facility would be a desecration to what the celery fields has become. Save our nature for the locals, tourists, and future generations of man and animal.

The surrounding area is too pristine and sensitive for such a venture!
