No way!!! It's been a pleasure with Palmer/Iona closed No speeding dump trucks, county trucks, landscaping trucks! Palmer Blvd is where it was 20 years ago so peaceful n quiet We are sick of developers getting their way, filling their pockets with money and then leaving behind the mess of traffic congestion and more taxes on everyone because of the population stress!! Take your recycle plant n shove it We've had enough!!!

Don't destroy this pristine bird sanctuary. There are so few areas like this left in the county. Once the recycling plant moves in the birds will disappear.

The Celery Fields are the premium birding spot in Sarasota county and it would be a shame to disrupt the wildlife and lose the tourist dollars that it brings to our county

I am outraged that this the Celery Fiekds may rezoned and transformed into an area that will be detrimental to the ecological system that this county has worked so hard to create. The whole thing seems underhanded to me and deceptive. If this happens it will be a very bad reflection on the commissioners of this county who are supposed to have the welware of our community in their hands. I hope that this transaction will not take place.

Do not ruin a beautiful area of our county. We do not have enough open land as is.

We need to save the wet land for the animals that stay out there. Plus, a lot of people do go out there to enjoy the scenery! Including my self and my son. I know quite a few people enjoy going out to the "CELERY FIELD," even if it is just to meet friends!

This is an area of international importance to migrating birds, but also to international visitors from all over the globe who visit to see the magnificent birds AND spend their money in the area. Don't ruin it.

This proposal is unacceptable. The celery fields are one of the most beautiful recreational nature areas in Sarasota.

My boys fished Acketman pond since they babies (sport) . There is a bird sanctuary there. The Heidleberg was replaced with a Walgreens just to name one. The scoreboard was the last of all that strip (No punn intended) to br torn down really... Surely something is sacred to Sarasota ?

I love my time at this beautiful treasure known as the celery fields. Low noise, very little trash lends to the wetlands and the birding that that type of environment attracts. Please do not destroy it by bringing in more trucks.
