I live only a mile from Celery Fields and do not want all of that traffic and pollution near our home! I am also speaking for the voiceless; the animals. Please do not take their home away from them.

Please do not approve of industrial recycling plant to be built next to the celery fields as this location is necessary in attracting not only our birds but tourist and families. precious birda

This is absolutely APPALLING to me! Myself and friends have been enjoying this nature retreat for years and to think of the noise and the pollution and the endangerment to the environment especially the water is just horrifying to me. I live in the area and drive down Palmer every day. Having something like the recycling plant would be an atrocity!!!

This is no longer the small town I moved to in 1999. Building has gotten way out of hand and there is no longer room for open spaces and the many beautiful animals and birds who live here. Leave this area alone!

As a lifelong resident and 4th generation Sarasotan, I urge you to protect the county land in and around the celery fields from commercial and residential development.
Since the county commissioners are entrusted in many ways with the destiny of our public lands, please consider the impact it will have on the fragile ecology of this area and do the Right Thing to protect it.
