This is a valuable resource and conservation lands. Are you folks not aware that we have Bald Eagles, Scrub Jays, and other endangered species that live in this habitiat that you folks promote saying that they are "conservation lands." I am just appalled at the fact that someone deamed this land "surplus." Who paid who to change the classification?!

We already have deafening traffic from 685 and 75 and Honore in falcon trace now!! We can't use our lanai! PLEASE stop this!!

Stop destroying our natural places. Build this recycling plant in the middle of an already existing EPA Superfund Site that the government has no intention of fixing.

There are too many neighborhoods and lives at risk to place such a vile facility in this location! Put it out in the country where it belongs!

Building this industrial plant adjacent to our Celery Fields is wrong. It will increase traffic on Palmer and create pollution and noise that is bad for wildlife and humans. Don't let it happen

"The County" does not own the Celery Fields. We, The People, own the Celery Fields and We do not want anything encroaching on this valuable area.

Do not ruin a bird sanctuary for an industrial recycling plant! There are plenty of alternatives then to destroy something so precious to the ecosystem of Sarasota.

No to the recycling plant in our community it is too near residentiol areas. Plan the growth of the community with an eye toward the future.

The very idea of building this facility next to the celery fields is rediculous. There is no way a county commissioner would vote to approve this, unless they getting paid well for that yes vote.

I am against the proposed recycling plant being built next to the bird sanctuary at the celery fields. Please deny the zoning exception in order to protect the sanctuary.

Horrible plan. Taking paradise and turning it into hell on earth. Sarasota is one of the most beautiful places in the world and to destroy it is unthinkable....
