This will hurt our communities and the celery preserve. This is being done out of pure greed with no respect to the people that live around it or the people that enjoy the celery fields.

there are other facilities in the county that are currently vacant that would be better suited for this use. Why does the county think putting this facility right next to a nature preserve, is a good idea?

As a wildlife biologist and resident of shadow oaks I am very strongly opposed to another recycling facility of any kind in this area- the one on the corner of porter and Palmer is bad enough, another is just blatantly environmentally irresponsible.
