I'm sure that there is a lot of land further east , that isn't around a park.

The county has put so much work into reclaiming this land for the wild life, and it's working! To now come in and drop a dirty polluting recycling plant on it is horrible!

Please do not built this facility! We have dwindling numbers of fresh, untouched outdoor spaces as it is...find another place! Thousands of people utilize Celery Fields as a place of relaxation and appreciation for our local natural areas.

Why isn't this project being constructed in an area where there isn't any housing or businesses??? And next to the celery fields at that. Do any of the Sarasota County Commissioners live or have a business nearby? I bet not....

I live in the Paddocks and traffic during rush hour is bad enough. It will be all day with this monstrosity going in. The noise of this will be bad as well as the smell. I have no problem with a normal business going in there, but one that smells and creates loud noises is not okay. It is too close to residential areas and wetlands areas. Build it farther out east if you must, but not there.

This must be stopped. Sarasota government needs a slap in the face if this goes through. They won't let us young people have anything. They think this is a good site , why not put it in South County where there is nothing but land .

NO!!!!!! this is exactly the wrong kind of business for that area. rezone to the benefit of the people who live and recreate in the area. A facility of this type belongs in an existing industrial complex that can handle the traffic and noise it would generate. Not where it would impact the homes and lives of citizens who enjoy the Park and it's wildlife. we do NOT have enough open space in the county. We have already given away the beauty of the waterfront, let's take a look at preserving what little inland beauty we can create to enhance quality of life here...NOT destroy it with more pollution, traffic and destruction of natural resources.
Save!
