We have done enough to take away all of the beautiful animals that live to on the land. For a concrete plant. Really people.

I don't want a 14-acre, industrial recycling plant built next to the bird sanctuary at the Celery Fields

Do you have to destroy everything? Find another piece of county land that's not being used. Maybe one you have already abandoned in an industrial area. Leave a place for animals and humans to enjoy.

Please do not ruin this beautiful park! Having such a facility on this site will ONLY have a negative impact on the wildlife that inhabits this area, and the people of Sarasota who love to visit one of the few remaining open green spaces in the area.

This is an important wildlife area that must be protected. Industry does not belong next door.

We live less than one mile from the celery fields and go there weekly. Please keep the celery fields and surrounding area as is.

My husband and I just purchased a home in Palmer Lakes. We are moving from New Jersey and we absolutely loved the beauty and the calming environment that the Celery Fields have to offer. Please, do not ruin the wildlife area that we love so dearly!

Sarasota is to congested as it is. Stop the growth and development. You are killing wild life habits and everything that once made Sarasota Beautiful. Watch out or u might become a ugly town on the beach. Just like Miami. Oh but you would probably like that because all u care about is money.

Our backyard was recently chewed up as part of a new housing development, so this is where my family can take my 5 young brothers to play. We do not want to see this disappear!
