I was born and raised in Sarasota, this inquiry is outrageous. Not only is it politically unsound, it's a disgrace to our integrity as human beings.

1. The infrastructure of the roads can not handle that volume of heavy trucks daily. 2. This is too close to residential and nature perserves both of which will be negatively impacted by the noise, dust, and pollution of a recycling center. The county needs to put this in a strictly commercial area!

I protest the requested zoning variation for this site.

That is not an appropriate place for a recycling plant. It's a sanctuary for the habitat and for us humans. It's a place to get rid of stress and find peace for a little bit.

Building a recycling facility next to the Celery Fields will have a huge negative impact in the quality of life for the people living in its sorroundings, as well as the wildlife . My kids and I visit the celery fields on a regular basis , it is a place where we go to connect with nature

I cannot believe they are considering putting this facility in the middle of a residential area, much less beside the supposedly protected celery field preseve.
