The tourism potential for the Celery Fields is huge. Don't miss this opportunity with a shortsighted plan.

Please don't destroy the bird sanctuary. There should be more options as to a location for a recycling plant.

Please keep the celery fields open, as many sarasotacounty residents (including myself) use it often to exercise and also as a quiet place to sit and relax. This would RUIN this beautiful sanctuary in sarasota county!

First of all, what is wrong with the current location at Rothenbach park? Why do they need to move it? Thats the question you need to ask your commissioners. BTW, it's Mike Moran, not Mike Morgan. Second of all; people need to realize that the property has been zoned industrial use for sometime and you drive by it all the time and should know by observing. The roads are too narrow, I agree, however, have been supporting semi's, dump trucks, construction vehicles, and fire trucks for years. This is nothing new. Dont be ignorant people. I get your concern but everyone wants to say "not in my backyard "

Please preserve the celery fields and all they contain! It's a wonderful area for so many reasons, it would be an absolute shame for it to be destroyed.

I'm sure there are plenty of sites east of 75 that will not cause the disruption to residences and wildlife that this site will!
