We the undersigned residents of the parish and surrounding area, support and approve of the sympathetic renovation of the railway carriages and the replacement of the derelict outbuildings at 93 West Front Road. We appreciate the efforts undertaken to preserve these important and charismatic dwellings and feel that the property maintains the unique nature of the beachfront amenity. We urge consideration to be given to the validity of this dwelling not least for its low eco footprint and are pleased that no plans are underway to demolish and replace with a brick built bungalow. We wish to see the home inhabited and enjoyed without further delay!
