We are advocating for the rights of the tenants at the Villa Carlotta on 595 Franklin Ave, Los Angeles, California. They are suffering from unlawful evictions and we believe that preserving their homes and this historic building is important to our community. The Villa Carlotta represents an artistic community in Los Angeles that is fading since the implementation of the Ellis Act. We are asking for the preservation of the intact, beautiful, safe apartments and protection of these tenants' right of return.
