Music belong everywhere!!! Get up and enjoy it instead of sitting by the TV or video games and listen to what made New Orelans what it is!!!!!

This is all because of a few killjoys that want the bayou used as they see fit. Where the get this elevated sense of entitlement, I haven't a clue. They shoul maybe think of living in a gated community not in an urban environment.

I played the original Boogaloo and am a resident of mid city. This Fest was instrumental to bringing attention and resources to the massive needs of a very largely flooded community. The people who are proposing these restrictions on PUBLIC land ought to be bending over backyards to thank the people who helped their neighborhood rebuild.

This is an important event for Mid City. Please don't lose sight of why taxpayers and businesses fund public venues.

One of the reasons I moved here was for the plethora of local festivals. Since I have been here I have attended the Boogaloo every year. Jared and his krewe do a great job managing the festival. Not only is it good for local businesses but it is good for the non-profits supported during the festival.

It's Funny When the city smells money. Something else that is going on is Breakwater park (west end boat launch) They have $ 425 000.00 granted from fema to fix it and it would only take a $180'000.00 to fix it an nothing is being done. I support the Boogaloo.

As a taxpayer in New Orleans, I am requesting that you rescind the increased proposed rental fee charged to Bayou Boogaloo. This event is important to the Mid-city neighborhood and it should remain free and accessible to everyone.
I have always enjoyed the festival
