Samsung Renewable Energy Inc. has submitted a proposal in relation to an overall benefit permit under clause 17(2)(c) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007 (ESA) with respect to Bobolink and Eastern Meadowlark in order to construct and operate a wind and solar photovoltaic facility in the County of Haldimand. The petition is full of language that include words like "may", and "reasonable". What do industry and the potential to make money ever know about "reasonable"? Sign the petition, and make them put more substantial wording in their application, or stop the project altogether.
The deadline for the public to object is April 16th.
