this petition is to save the Belchertown state school. while many don't want it to remain standing I think the building and its history is forever embedded in the towns history the peoples history. a short walk through the grounds is like stepping into a time machine to a place where beauty thatnow no longer shines comes back to life. this is our towns history.

time may be the only thing to destroy memories but once the memories are all gone who will tell the history
