The residents of Delta deserve this recreational property more than the community needs 2 more large houses.

Squash is a sport the whole family can share in. (90% of players are 16 - 54). 20 Million play squash worldwide and the numbers in North America are increasing. My understanding is there is a TON of new housing development going on (900 plus homes). Why remove one of the greatest outlets for family sport, health and recreation? and arguably the best location for squash facilities (besides maybe JTC).
The best interest of BC is NOT to rezone this property. Keep it recreational.

If this treasure let go Delta will NEVER see anything like it ever again. Delta's only squash club. The club sits on the US border on Boundary Bay, which is also the best place for sail boarders around Vancouver.
