I am a local who plays both backside and lakeside at Lami about every other weekend. I would be very sad to see any negative impact to either of the courses. I’d be glad to help prevent this from happening and am interested in learning more about any opportunities to work with the city to help save the courses. I also think backside is hugely important for the golden state layout and all other tournaments at Lami including the weeklys. Disc golf is rapidly growing right now and a negative impact to the backside course is certainly a step in the wrong direction. Now is the perfect time for the park to be endorsing disc golf more than ever.

There are very few quality courses in California, it would be a loss to the sport if this course changes
