THIS POST NEEDS A FACT CHECK. Has anyone actually seen the scope of work for the maintenance building? PLEASE PROVIDE THE SOURCE OF THIS POST. Who says there are massive amounts of trees being removed and it will take up a main portion of the back 18 disc golf course. Really! Over 650 comments and 1500 signatures. I HAVE HEARD OTHERWISE. There will be a building but it will not affect little, if any of the disc golf course.

Disc golf is everything to some of us. It's our relaxation and our way to blow off steam. Please don't take that away from anyone

The courses at La Mirada are legendary and are a valuable asset to not only the Disc Golf community, but to the surrounding area. It would be a shame to see this beautiful park reduced!

The trees, the grass, the open space, the wildlife, and the front and back Disc Golf Courses @ La Mirada Regional Park have been a great blessing and source of joy for me and my 2 sons. I have been playing Disc Golf @ La Mirada since 1977 and my sons have as well since 2002. Please do not decrease the amount of trees and open space. La Mirada Reg Park is an Urban Treasure, please do not diminish its beauty and decrease its value by developing any part of it. I hope my grandchildren will experience a similar joy one day enjoying these world class Disc Golf courses at La Mirada and the beauty and solace of its open space. Thank you.
