La Mirada is the Mecca for disc golfers, it’s where a lot of it started and it would be a shame to lose part of its mystique and glamour!

Our family has been playing that course for almost 90 years, and find it apauling that the city would consider destroying such a historic landmark. Please reconsider, and listen to the good people of this community who have sacrificed so much to ensure that not only our children , but our children’s children’s children’s children have a place to ditch 4th period, smoke a little pot, and enjoy that sweet sound of plastic discs splashing into the chains. Thank you, and may peace be with you.

Leave the Park and Disc Golf Course. Do not cut down trees. LaMirada earned the name Tree City USA. Do not make a sham of that !

Please consider keeping the park and disc golf course at La Mirada as is. The sport of disc golf is beginning to grow at a tremendous rate, and many disc golfers consider La Mirada a true gem among disc golf courses. You'll find that most in the disc golf community will be more than willing to assist with keeping the course maintained. Keep the course, NO TO CONSTRUCTION!
No take it
