get rid of the kids that use there backpacks to bring bad stuff instead of giving them multiple chances, and then punishing the whole student body for it.

Don't drag the rest of the student body down for individual mistakes. We just want to go to school and extra curriculars, we didn't ask to have our personal belongings, a vital part of our school day, taken away from us.

Keep the backpacks students will be late to class due to their lack of remembering their supplies for that class therefore leaving classes to be waiting on students and starting late!!! Keep the backpacks!!!!

Banning backpacks will also very intensely impact people with learning disabilities such as ADHD. With a backpack, you have the opportunity to keep everything you need in one spot which makes it harder to forget materials for class. Without backpacks people will most likely forget more class materials which will in turn make their academics suffer.

Why punish the whole of the student body if there is only a part abusing it?? Also having stacks of books would be more of a hazard for students and teachers in the classroom than having it all contained in a bag. its not fair for administration to try to make a rule that greatly affects the student body without even deliberating with us.
