Save the allotment!

This allotment should remain as such as it is an integral part of the local community .

This allotment is used by the comunity young and old it helps with education and mental wellbeing please save it

Please let the allotment stay, it is place of sanctuary, well being and a healthy food supply. You should not be taking this away from the people who have worked so hard on the land. Especially in these troubled uncertain times. Do not destroy a fantastic community, what are all these people going to do without a allotment? You will remove everything the government is striving for “ Healthy Living” Do not destroy a harmonious healthy community of allotment living.

No more houses needed in Clitheroe and not near that busy junction with Henthorn Road.

Stop building houses. We can't cope with what we've got!!

This is a community space for health and wellbeing, we don’t need anymore homes building in Clitheroe!

A beautiful communal garden, where everyone is welcome. To take this space from so many, especially just for 3 houses is cruel and illogical. It's a mini nature reserve, it's a productive garden space and allottment, where people who don't have a garden at home can go if they wish. It's so many things to do many people.

Save the allotments.

There should be more allotments not less, as growing your own veg is good for your health in many ways....healthy food, exercise and your mental health

This is sacrilege, this allotment has brought joy and food to many over the years. It is about time this greedy council put locals first instead of building more and more houses and putting strain on our local services.

This is an invaluable asset to the local community,both educational & also one of the very last "green spaces" in Clitheroe which is now a very over developed area,this need saving for future generations as it is ireplaceable.

My Son has ADHD and this allotment has benefited him for years Please don’t take this away from him

Stop destroying the green belt

We need to preserve green growing spaces . This is shortsighted and a step in the wrong direction

There isn't enough community allotments around these days so it's a must that this is saved to help people's mental health and well being

Time to stop this stealing our Clitheroe.

This all comes down to greed . Really hope you manage to save your little slice of heaven. You are not alone so share petition on facebook and gardening groups . Losing allotment sites is every plot holders nightmare .
