I do not believe that this animal poses any threat to the general population, whereas over officious law enforcement does. Bulls are very dangerous, and yet they are allowed to roam at will on both public and private land. Llamas can be vicious. So can domestic dogs, house cats and caged parrots. The owner did her research and the law should not have changed to suit the local establishment. If the alleged "dangerous" animal is properly contained, there should be no problem.

No harm not Different than having a dog.... If they think this animal is dangerous then they need to put down all the dangerous dogs.
