I believe they should be able to keep the PET as they have had it now for FOUR YEARS!!! They had called the proper people as a "clearance" to go ahead and raise it from a baby!!! In their FOR YEARS it hasn't done harm to ANYONE so I can NOT see a "just cause" to put this cat down!!! Leave theses people AND their PETS in happiness as they have seemed to have had for these past FOUR years!!! Surely ya'll can find someone else to hassel and threaten that deserves it more! God bless

Not right, leave these people alone. These cats are NOT dangerous. He is not hurting anyone, stop trying to take all our freedoms away!

This is a responsible pet owner, who went through proper channels before taking on the responsibility of providing a forever home to this wonderful, loving cat. There's no valid reason to murder it.

These cats should NOT be illegal. The gov trying to ban exotics in general is a travesty.

ridiculous to put down animals that could be at worst re-homed no excuse at all, let along why isn't this animal allowed to be under a grandfather clause , and why ban period?

If there were no laws in effect against having this animal when she got it, her being able to keep the cat should be grandfathered in, just as other changes are taken care of when new laws go into effect. Obviously the cat has harmed no humans and that should be taken into consideration.

Why put such a beautiful animal down that someone has raised as part of there family she has all he needs and does what he needs after 4 years of care why now decide it is necessary to do this to the family. Good luck with your animal/family member..

to force a declawed pet into the wild is a death sentence. Allow her to continue to care for the cat she has raised since it was a small kitten.
