Here's an idea... Why don't they just gut & renovate building E into a full recreation center. They could have basketball courts, weight room, exercise rooms with video/projector, table tennis & pool tables could also be added. As much time as we spend up here, that would be a great place to go without having to leave the campus...
Another benefit to this is, if we were able to get a "full gym", hire someone to manage it, TR could save on the funds employees get for gym memberships. Instead, we could join the TR Gym (signing a release, of course), and pay TR for gym membership. Win-Win!!!
