Save the 924!

Might be rebuilding a 944 - my first Porsche - soon! The easier I can get replacement parts, the better :)

We need them

PORSCHE OR10 trained service manager and 944 owner.

I love my 924 and want to keep it on the road for as long as possible. Even some wear and tear parts are getting hard to come by, there is virtually no availability for the 40cc fuel pressure accumulator for example.

My 1978 911s future is now secure- my 1985 924 needs a secure too!

I've taken my 1983 944 down to bare frame and I'm bringing it back together... Don't take these parts off the market just as I'll need them!

Please don't forget about the most important era of Porsche history!

More two liter 924s were on the track at Rennsport V than 2.5 liter cars. . .

My 924 is 30 this year, and I want to ride it for another 30 at least it's such a joy to own and use!

I support adding these parts to the Porsche Classic catalog. Porsche prides itself on having most of the cars they made still being on the road, and this is essential to furthering that goal.

Please help us look after our cars, the 924 has strong support and we owners would like to buy some of these no longer available parts to save and improve them.

I implore Porsche to devote as much time and energy in supporting the owners of these cars with parts as Porsche expends maintaining parts for the 356 and early 911 owners.

I have a 924T being rebuilt (very slowly) in Australia and I'd love a few of these items to be available again.

I have a 1979 924 Sebring Edition in very good original condition with only 82,000 miles. I would dearly like to be able to get factory parts to keep it as it was built. Thank you.
