I agree with the aims of this petition as I am against privatizing any part of public lands or private parks in the state of Tennessee or anywhere else in America.. Tennessee Parks should not be for sale. You open this door, it will never close. Will just open Pandora's Box, and there will be no end to it.

May 26 2017 is the date they will sign the contract. Time is of the essence. This is simply the first step. Universities may be next.

This Fall Creek Falls State Park belongs to the people of the state of Tenn. namely me. I do not want it changed. We the state have a great treasure here with this natural park. We have rare flowers, trees, waterfalls, caves, that should be left in the natural state and not privitazed.
