I grew up going to Fall Creek Falls on Sunday afternoons, summer picnics and in the winter just to drive through the snow covered trees that we called the "tunnel of snow." We still return every year for our family reunion. The big question is why? Do you not think of the families who will be greatly affected? Fall Creek Falls is one of the most beautiful places to see any time of the year. Please consider what this would mean to all of Van Buren County and the surrounding counties. I wonder what our late and great Representative Shelby Rhinehart would say to all of this. He fought so hard for his beloved county and I'm sure he would be fighting just as hard to keep this from happening.

State Parks should stay just that: State Parks; not private parks for the select few.

This is where me and my family bring all the babies and go camping and swimming every year! Please don't take our traditions away from us!

We have been visiting this place every years, for many years. It would be a total shame for it to be taken away. I do think it needs major renovations but the building is in to good of shape to just tear it down to build a new one!

This park is a HUGE source of income for people in the county. If it ain't broke don't be trying to fix it! No one wants a privatized park!!! What's wrong with you?!

Please reconsider, we live within 0 miles of the FCF INN and we love this place and the people there.

Our family has had an annual reunion at Fall Creek Falls since 1980. Many of the staff there are like family. Please do not destroy the crown jewel ofTennessee State Parks for private gain.

Do not consign our most iconic State Park into the hands of profit companies. This harms competent state employees and puts our precious resources into the hands of those not vested in the park but only if making profit and not providing benefits to its employees.

I had my wedding planned there and wasn't able to do it. I want to know this place will be there when we are able to have our wedding and many years after for weekend getaways!!
