Falls Creek Falls belongs to all Tennessee residents and is enjoyed by many from out of state, self included! Privatizing this place is criminal.

Leave our parks alone. TDEC is just out for profits. They are not looking at anything but dollar signs especially if Brock Hill is involved.

This park is a place where all the family goes to enjoy there summers. We all enjoy the water falls, swimming, cookouts. looking at all the wild life. and the history behind Fall Creek Falls. This is not right! We all look forward to the summers to go a have fun there. It all so keeps a lot of kids out of trouble and gives them some thing to do. I have been going here since I was a very little girl. My grand pa and mother worked there. Now still today my family goes there to enjoy Fall Creek Falls. It should stay the way it is! That is part of all our history still today!

As former Chairman of the TN Conservation Commission I am decidedly against privatization of any buildings or services at Fall Creek Falls.

I am the Mayor of Van Buren County, this act will destroy something that is special to Van Buren and surrounding Counties.
