Taman desa is already super crowded and the shop lots have no parking most times these days. People are all parking on road side and blocking view of on coming traffic due to insufficient infrastructure to support even current populations

One bus route with service every 30 mins cannot provide adequate public transport for the existing community let alone extra development. Roads into KL are already beyond capacity. Any development in this situation is poorly considered and must be rejected.

the small piece of land in front of Tiara Faber is not enough to cater for any high rise residential development, definitely congest.

i stay in tiara faber condo , the new development opposite our condo is on small piece of land , which is also 25m away from the school border . The Building Set back ( Anajakan Bangunan ) are not sufficient with the small land they are developing.

I have been living in Taman Desa for more than 30 years. These high density condominiums which are going to built on former TNB reserved lands are very un-ecological to Taman Desa and eapecially to the residents of Tiara Faber.

These projects will adversely affect the quality of life of residents. They will add to traffic congestion, lack of parking spaces, noise and air pollution, amongst others. The wellbeing of the rakyat of TD is being sacrificed so that various others can reap fortunes.
