Unsustainable development, sandwiched between 3 schools and other condominiums. Will cause traffic congestion and hazards to schools and residents of the area.

Tiara Faber Resident here. Enough of this. Smells like corruption to me - its absurd such a huge project can be approved in such a small place. A report to the MACC might make sense

No to overdevelopment in Taman Desa. The facilities and infrastructures cannot cope. The quality of living will be badly affected too. Insufficient parking spaces already a nightmare at the moment!!!

As a Tmn Desa resident, I am appalled with DBKL decision to allow the building the ADDRESS condo. I visited the sales office in Faber Towers and asked them how can you build such a super high rise condo in that piece of land ?? It is absurd. It will affect the whole area especially Tiara Faber condo residents and nearby property owners and the whole eco system. Sales guy said..this is normal what! I am truly sad especially for Tiara Faber condo residents if this project goes through....morality in development is lost.

Haven't we learn enough about over development which caused severe congestion and insufficient infrastructure like roads, public transport, water supply etc. There should be a proper planning with independent profess advice.

DBKL must consider that the increase in population will affect the infrastructure and facilities in Taman Desa.

Taman desa is small and compacted enough. There is minimal (only one bus in the whole area every 30minutes) public transport. Access to Mrt or lrt is inefficient if not impossible. And there is not sufficient parking space for any of the existing shoplots. Getting a spot is almost always impossible. Taman desa is how it is because it is not overdeveloped or overpopulated with high density condos, unlike nearby kuchai lama for example.
