I work in Taman Desa. This is an old Taman that is not designed for such overplanning.

I've seen too much of this issue in our society and while development is something to be cherished, proper planning has to be in place in order to protect the wellbeing of the residents affected.

Taman Desa is congested as it is. More unregulated building of Condos will lead to massive congestions and traffic jams.

Over congestion and dbkl will be liable for lawsuit if they approved the constructions without adhering to town planning codes / regulations

It is bad for the taman desa community as there will be more traffic, causes parking issued and crime will definitely rise.

I rent an apartment in Abadi Villa and it is sometimes impossible to find street parking. Increased density would worsen the parking and traffic conditions during peak periods.
