Number of vehicle increases ,5744x2 = 11488 cars.
Population increase by 11k min or more ,influx of people always come bundled with "social issue" package.
I'll say no to these mass development without any proper planning.

Uncontrolled development, greed and lack of planning has caused this neighbourhood's residents quality of life to deteriorate. Traffic congestion, lack of parking, lack of rail connectivity, air and noise pollution, low water pressure just to name a few

When we moved into Taman Desa 23 years ago it was very peaceful n quite neighbourhood. Over the years it has become very congested but the latest plan to turn Desa Water Park into high rise residents has really irked me n made me furious. DBKL pls review the DO n consider our welfare n well being; not just the commercial side of the development.

High rise residential properties has increased significantly after the closure of Desa Water Park. DBKL needs to look at impacts on present capacity with the increase in population density and the well being of present residents shall be considered.

Taman Desa had already over populated, with a lot of cars most of the time which caused congestions as compare to 3-4 years ago.

I'm a resident of Taman Desa for over 10 years, and I've seen the pressure inflicted on current infrastructure and heavy traffic. There should be sustainable development in Taman Desa.
