I'm OK for new developments as long as existing infrastructures (road, parking & shops) are also upgraded. I'm signing this because I don't see any plans to upgrade the existing infrastructure to support 30-100% increase in residents in the area. The area is already very congested and parking is impossible to find during peak hours.

We, mankind (that includes our future generations), need more greens (long term gains for everyone) NOT concretes (short term gains for selected ones).
