Tackett Creek is one of the very few places left in the area that makes you feel like you're "away" from everything. With riding and hunting fees already in place, it shouldn't be difficult to keep the "wild" accessible to law abiding citizens of the tri-state area and visitors alike.

So many of the communities in that area have disappeared. Please keep this beautiful place open. My mother and other relatives grew up there and I played there as a child. Tackett Creek holds a place in our hearts.
