What harm is the shed doing? It has been erected for a worthwhile purpose not just a on whim to annoy the neighbours. Withdraw the the removal order now.

It's a perfectly normal summer house so should be allowed to stay. You should the monstrosity in the garden behind our next door neighbours.

Have the planning or building control department carried out a site visit ? There is a maximum night limit from the base ground to the apex of the shed roof I think is about 2:5 metres , worth checking out , or get some volunteers to lower the ground , hense lowering the shed height

This is an outrage and unfair on disabale people that sylvia works with. When you are disabled you need special arrangements and this is stopping them going to see sylvia will the council pay for her to have disable access to her house then.
