This is wrong! This amazing principal should NOT be treated this way because I few influential school board parents complained about her not giving their children special treatment.

Influential people should not be able to make policy for illogical reasons that only benefit privileged kids. #savesylvia #savethekids

My son graduated FHS in 2013. Well-run school, led by a wonderful principal.

It's inspiring to see students care about their education and to see them standing up for integrity.

Parents who feel they can manipulate the admin to get their way are acting in poor form. Sylvia should remain in charge to ensure that teachers are not reprimanded for situations they need not be reprimanded for. Sylvia knows what is right and as shown, her students trust her.

Sylvia should not be relocated to the SOC. It is a demotion and superintendent Lyon knows it!

I say vote out the board of education for " The best interest for the students." If those few that does not like how she runs things, then move. Delta is ready when they are. Hit the politicians where it hurts and terminate any and all forms of payment to them then launch an investigation for fraud or any other type of incidents with them and let them know that they work for the tax payers not the other way around. The first to go after the board would be the superintendent.

if one teacher can impact this many students and cause a movement like this, then this petition deserves another signature from me

I commend that the students did a very good job with the protest. smart kids in ending it peacefully & showing respect to the principal. I do believe that the principal did what she was supposed to do & stood by the teacher. no facility should be bullied, doesn't matter who you are.

Give the students their beloved principal! Why spoil a good thing?
