Seeing 500 names on this list is completely overwhelming and I really never thought this would reach so many people. This belongs entirely to you for caring enough to speak up for our park.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people care about Swan Park as much as I do. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never imagined the idea would grow this quickly.

It would be wonderful to see this park restored to it beautiful glory again, it's where I got proposed/engaged there 24 years ago and holds precious memories for us. Please help fix the park.

This park is not only valuable to families in buncrana and surrounding area but it also plays such an important part of our school curriculum and hands on experience for our children !!

I live in Derry but visit Swan Park park as it's a lovely place for a walk. I was very upset to see the damage caused by the flood and hope the local authorities responsible for the park give priority to restoring the wonderful local resource for the benefit of the community both locally and further afield.

Signing this petition for the good work that was achieved in the past through the hard work and effort by my late brother Tony Morrison in developing Swan park and the Buncranna anglers.

one of the main reasons I moved to buncrana was that walk. love the outdoors and me and my wee boy came down here every Sunday so I thought I might as well move here. big summer ahead with the Irish open golf and here will be busy. any major city it would be sorted already

Swan park is such a vital amenity to our town and is a great attraction for visitors. The Crana canoe festival brings tourism and revenue to the area. I miss not being able to take people around it to photograph them as I used it all the time for this as well as just enjoying a walk in beautiful surroundings.

It is one of the most beautiful scenic walks in Ireland around that Crana River. A fantastic resource not just for the local people but all the people of Ireland and everyone who visits. It needs to be restored to its former glory ASAP.
