After living in the Suntree PUD for over 27 years, I have noticed many changes to our community; some good and some bad. When I moved to Suntree, this community was one of the most desirable areas in Brevard County. This has changed due in part to the increase of rental properties and little covenant enforcement by the SMHOA. The property values of our community would benefit by reducing the number of rental properties in Suntree.
