FGS don't throw people out of their homes to make way for new houses. It's only being done to try to meet some building quota

These are already lovely size homes for small families and larger homes are not always needed. Also in this area ppl can't afford to buy 'affordable houses' or pay housing assoc rents.

Lived in summerhouse for years it's a lovely spot don't ruin it go find another area to build in our abbots langley and leavesden are over built enough now thanks

As former resident of 12yrs I am in opposition to the idea of destroying the flats. It is an unwise & uncaring action to suggest. Keep the flats & keep the network of community that exists.

Why demolish well built flats and build new houses that are never built as well. But the main factor is uprooting the community that have lived there for many years, it is just so heartless. Where will they go when housing is in short supply, shipped out around the borough no doubt. Summerhouse way is a happy community so why ruin it.

The people living are here are a very close community and have been for many years.It is terrrible that they may lose not their homes but the close knit community spirit they have built up ovr many years
