The Government & Defra has it wrong. Science has it right. On balance ulling doesn't work. Tory Government & NFU & Countryside Alliance are working together. Not democratic.

The resuming or continuation of this Cull just HAS to be abandoned now, as it has proved totally ineffective and multitudes of animals have suffered a slow, horrendous death as a result of it. As an animal-loving Nation we should be ashamed to resort to such measures. The vaccine has to be further developed to 100% accuracy NOW, rather than in a few years time.

This is 2014. Culling of our wildlife is not scientifically credible. Why was only 18% of the cull zone in the South West, farmland ?. That in itself tells you the story behind the cull !!!. Scandalous!!!.

There are humane ways to control animal population numbers. A cull isn't necessary. The cull has also sparked incidences of badger mutilation & torture by people who think killing badgers by any means is acceptable. It is not. The cull has not only been proven ineffectual but has cost a huge amount of money. No more culls please.

The cull in Gloucestershire has been a disastrous mistake; ineffectual, very expensive and unscientific with no testing of the badgers that were killed so no proof that they were carrying bTB at all. Please prevent this senseless act from happening in Suffolk.

It's bad enough having to see so many badgers killed on Suffolk's roads. We should not be responsible for killing any more of them.
